Badminton for All

This course is suitable for both beginners and improvers.

If you are a beginner with little or no experience of the game you will learn or refresh fundamental techniques, basic shots, serve and return, how to score, tactics, court layout and some rules. These skills will allow you to confidently play and enjoy Badminton.

If you are an improver this course is perfect for players that have a good knowledge of the game and can already use a variety of shots. You will have an opportunity to further develop techniques, tighten up your game and improve your stamina.

Come and have fun in our very friendly sessions, meet new people and get fit whilst developing your Badminton skills.

Shuttlecocks are provided. Rackets can be provided.

Zumba Gold

Anyone can do Zumba Gold. People of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels. It is a fun way to lose weight, feel good and look better whilst having a great time! Based on the same dance moves used in Zumba this is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements. It’s an invigorating, dance fitness class that feels fresh and exhilarating! Leave the class feeling empowered and strong. Zumba Gold provides modified, low impact moves with easy-to-follow pacing. Zumba Gold improves balance, flexibility, muscular conditioning and cardiovascular strength.
