A ‘non-sweat’ hour with background music using stretching techniques for your whole body and especially your back and abdominals.  This class is designed to help you to achieve stronger core stability in a gentle way.  It is known to help improve posture and overall balance.  You will need comfortable/loose clothing, footwear is optional, bring water and a mat to use for floorwork.

Come and enjoy a taster session for the great sport of Badminton. Perfect for Beginners or those who haven’t played since school to try out this short session to see whether they still enjoy it – we guarantee that you will. Suitable for all from age 11+.  All equipment provided.


Badminton for All

Come and have fun learning to play Badminton. This course is suitable for those who have no or little previous knowledge of the game and wish to learn the fundamentals or for those that already know the rules and wish to develop their game with tips from our tutor, Crissy. On this course you will learn all the basic techniques - how to score, serve and return, basic shots, tactics, course layout and some rules.  These skills will allow you to confidently play the game.

Get active, meet new people in a very friendly atmosphere. All ages welcome. 

Shuttlecocks are provided, other equipment can be provided.


Badminton for Improvers

This course is ideal for anyone that has a basic knowledge of the game of Badminton and who can already use a variety of shots. It will enable participants to tighten up their game and get active whilst improving stamina and further developing techniques and game play.  

Come and have fun, meet new people and develop your existing skills. Shuttlecocks are provided, other equipment can be provided.


Golf for all
