Join Leila and be introduced to a happier more confident you!  This workshop will explore how to discover a new way of thinking about yourself and your body using a multi-disciplined approach.  Ditch the dieting, yoyo eating and tackle cravings head on.  Empower yourself to truly love our body.  Please note that this is a taster session that introduces you to the various techniques that are available.  If you want to explore these in more detail it is recommended that you attend the 5-week course starting in February (also called Body Love).

Learn to love your body, have a better relationship with it and give yourself the gift of Body Love.  This course is about empowerment.  Discover how YOU can re-imprint your body with love, kindness and self-acceptance.  You will learn a new way of thinking about yourself and your body using the unique multi-disciplined approach, promoting positive body image and healthier lifestyles that Leila will teach you.  You will be shown:
•    Tools for everyday life and living at ease
•    Home exercises to continue the work week to week
•    A clearer vision of yourself and your future
•    How to achieve enhanced body confidence, self-worth and self-love.
This short course will introduce you to:
•    Body love EFT
•    Vision board
•    Mindfulness
•    Hypnotherapy
•    Body scan and healing meditation
•    Help to discover the root cause of cravings and tackling these using a private Facebook support group.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) / Tapping

Also known as ‘Tapping’ this is a scientifically backed method developed in the 70s by psychologists who discovered it can radically reduce stress and anxiety levels.  Leila is keen to share her expertise in this area after experiencing at first hand the amazing benefits EFT has to offer.  EFT can help with a number of conditions eg:
•    Weight gain / loss
•    Cravings
•    Depression
•    Negativitiy
•    Anxiety / panic attacks
•    Anger
•    Finances
•    Relationships and more

This course is a brief introduction to this subject.  You will learn the basic tapping techniques and tools so that you can practice at home on yourself, friends or family.

You will take away an action plan, a script and questionnaire.
