Post : Teacher of Science (temporary) We have a temporary vacancy for a full-time teacher of science to cover a maternity leave and would also be willing to consider a 0.7/0.8FTE appointment. We could adjust the timetable to suit a physicist, chemist or biologist if necessary. We are looking for a capable teacher in both KS3 science and a specialist GCSE area. A Level teaching could be available to a suitable candidate. We offer both balanced science and separate science GSCEs. The successful candidate would benefit from the opportunity to work in a highly supportive and collegiate department in a friendly and high achieving school. CATERING ASSISTANT (Temporary Appointment to cover Maternity Leave) We would like to appoint a Catering Assistant to join our friendly team for 18 hours per week during term time with some flexibility being required to work outside school hours on occasions. Experience is not essential, training will be given; a friendly disposition, an interest in healthy eating and a hard working nature are more important. Post : Full-time/Part-time, temporary Teacher of History (pending permanent appointment) We have a temporary vacancy for a Teacher of History from 4th May to 31st August 2010. We are looking for a well qualified and enthusiastic teacher who builds good relationships with pupils and ensures pupils make the best progress they can.
