Marlborough School Celebrates Success

The Marlborough C of E School celebrates fantastic results

We are delighted to announce another year of excellent A Level results here at The Marlborough School. The vast majority of our students have secured their first choice of University course or a first class apprenticeship. We are extremely proud of their achievements and recognise the perseverance, effort and commitment to excellence of both the students and their teachers.

Our highest achieving students have performed incredibly well again, including two of our students who have secured places at Cambridge University: Abi Teasdale (History) and Helen Ridout (Archaeology).

Also achieving A* and A grades in all of their subjects were: Rachel Brown; Jessica Cairns; William Hawtin; Helena Job; Molly Kavanagh; Matthew Press; Helen Ridout; and Rachel Williams.

As an inclusive and comprehensive Sixth Form, we are equally as proud of the young people who have achieved first class apprenticeships, including placements at national and international organisations such as the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and the Dyson School of Design Engineering.

Congratulations to all of our students on their achievements and we wish them all the very best for the future.
