Year 10 Geography Trip:

On Thursday 5th June, our Year 10 Geographers went to Hengistbury Head, near Dorset to collect data for their Geography course.

The purpose of the trip was for pupils to collect data for beach profiles and sediment analysis. This was done in wet and windy conditions, however pupils showed great resilience to the harsh weather, and carried out the task without complaint.

The data is then processed and pupils' write up their methods, with analysis of the data and conclusions made.
