Year 7 Welcome Church Service:

On Wednesday 24th September in the afternoon, Year 7 were warmly welcomed into St Mary Magdalene Church to mark the beginning of their school journey at Marlborough. The welcome service was focused on new beginnings, with poems and readings from staff, and our chaplain, Matt, spoke on our school vision "let your light shine" from the Gospel of Matthew, encouraging our pupils to consider how they can let their own, and others, lights shine at school. It was a wonderful afternoon, and Revd. Sarah Bourne has said that Year 7 were a credit to the school!
